We use magic links for authentication — we do not store passwords.

We use your information to: provide and improve the Platform; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (magic links, purchase confirmations); personalize your learning experience; analyze Platform usage to improve features; communicate important updates about the Platform or your account.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) athletes, to the extent necessary to deliver coaching services you purchase; (b) service providers who assist in operating the Platform (payment processors, email services, video hosting, analytics); (c) law enforcement when required by law. All third-party services are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Video Content & Security
Video content is hosted via Mux with encrypted delivery and time-limited signed URLs. We apply watermarks to protect content integrity. Your video submissions for athlete feedback are stored securely and accessible only to you and the relevant athlete.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. Analytics are powered by PostHog, which is configured to respect user privacy. You may disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect Platform functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records). Course progress and performance data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics.
7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents who believe their child has provided us information should contact us immediately.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure token-based authentication, rate limiting, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique email addresses and to report any suspected security issues to [email protected].
10. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment card data on our servers. All financial transactions are PCI-DSS compliant. We retain transaction records as required by financial regulations.
11. International Users
The Platform is operated from servers in the European Union / United States. If you access the Platform from outside these regions, your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR for EU users.
